Description of Items :

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish in side the NGRI campousas per instruction of Engineer-in-charge .

Dismantling tile work in floors, dado and roofs laid in cement mortar including all lead and lift and stacking as per Engineer-in-charge and dispose the dismantled/demolished un-useful materials along compound wall in-side the NGRI campus as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge . For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing CC/RCC work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and stacking disposal materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in NGRI Campous, including cutting reinforcement bars. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Providing and fixing on wall/column face unplasticised PVC(working pressure 4 Kg.per sqcm) rain water pipes conforming to IS:4985 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm dia pipe

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint, enamel paint and the like by scrapping, water wash sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :( Apex ultima protek make of Asia paints or equvalent) including to fill all the cracks up to 6mm with approved crack filler (make of Fosroc -PU-40) including making 'V' shape groove as per the site requirements as per instructions of Engineer -In-Charge. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including two coat of base coat as per specifications)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary: Float glass panes thickness 4mm

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish out side the campus as disered by contractor. The work also to be done below the domes, below the junction beams at 10 to 15 m from the Ground level.The contractor has to provided nesscary jack system, centering and shuttering etc as per site requirment. To be done at the level of about 15 mt from Ground floor. The masons,technicians who have insured as per government norms shall be to work. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesiveon chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved makes( make of Fosroc or equivalent)

Providing and fixing machine moulded aluminium covering of approved pattern & design, made out of machine cut aluminium sheet and machine holed for receiving dash fastener, over expansion joints on vertical surfaces/ceiling floors, the fixing on plate in one row on one side of joint only shall be done with stainless steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia and 75 mm long bolt including providing aluminium washers 2 mm thick & 15 mm dia , at a staggered pitch of 200mm centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface and providing expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Powder coated aluminium sheet 2.5mm thick (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
