Supply of following chemicals and materials for use in Sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant in required quantity as specified the Engineer in Charge.

Sodium Hypo chloride of Brand Hpo Clean or Equivalent

Antiscalant (Food grade)

Alum of brand Generic or equivalent

Chlorine

Sodium chloride/Salt

Bio culture (powder) of brand Bio D Bacteria or equivalent

Servicing of Motors with pumps including the cost of lubrication oil, replacement or repair of wornout/ burnt parts, Disconnection and reconnection of supply and delivery lines, removing and refixing of motor pumps for servicing, transportion of all leads and lifts to servicing point and return etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing comprehensive services for Operation of the Water treatment plant of capacity 6500 LPH, RO plant of capacity of 2500 LPH and the sewage treatment plant of capacity 95 KLD round the clock ensuring effective flow of effluents including running of all the connected pumps, valves etc., located within the premises, cleaning of inlet chambers, grit chamber, coarse screen chamber, etc of STP, operation of softener plant, RO plant, open wash and back wash of filter, filling dosage consumables, softener acid wash and descaling membrane of WTP, as and when required and maintaining relevant records, keeping the premises clean etc, of Sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant including all labour charges, transportation of tools, monthly visit by technician, submission of inspection report including testing of STP water & RO water etc., (For colour, odour, TDS andsalinity, etc. with multiparameter pocket water quality tester) complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge and safeguarding the equipment and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (If services are not provided in any shift, or any day the deduction will be made proportionately while making payment and deduction will be made for non submission of monthly inspection report by the qualified Technician) Consumables will be supplied departmentally and the dosage and frequency of consumables shall be as directed by Engineer - in - charge. (If inspection report is not submitted, Rs 2000/- will be deducted for each occasion)

Testing of RO water sample in Govt. Approved testing laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Testing of Sewage treated water sample in laboratory approved by Tamilnadu Pollution control board as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacing of UV lamp and driver of approved make to the UV sterilizer equipement in Sewerage treatment plant
