Supplying and fixing 40 Watts LED IP65 decorative Post top lantern,resistant to impact and corrossion, glare free and better uniformity with accessories similar to CROMPTON MAPLE Model No.LPTO-40-CDL in the existing Pole.

Supplying and fixing of prewired LED street light luminaire 74 watts with driver similar to make: Philips model BRP 409 LED 074 CW HE MR FG SI PSU GR or in Havells/Bajaj/Crompton etc.

Manufacturing and supplying of metallic street light pole made out of an overall length of 6.0 meter long having a bottom section length of 3.00 meters with 80 mm dia. 'B' class ISI marked GI pipe with earth stud and necessay GI reducer/ coupling fixed at the top & middle and 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick MS base plate welded to the bottom for fixing street light fittings, including one coat of metallic primer and 02 coat of water proof paint etc. as required.

Erection of metallic street light standard pole of length exceeding 4.5 mtrs but not exceeding 6.5 cement concreate 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nomonal size) foundation with cement concrete collar of size 0.4 m dia x 0.5 m height to accommodate the looping type cable end box including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and fixing street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia. 1.0 mtr. Long 'B' class GI pipe ISI marked on the existing street light pole for mounting of LED street light fittings with suitable size collar at the top including bending the pipe to the required shape wiring with1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable in medium class PVC conduit as required.

Providing and fixing pole mounting weather proof cable looping loop out box made out of SMC abd of size 170 mmx 170 mmx 105 mm out side and 140mmx 140mmx 95 mm inside for providing with hinged door and locking arrangements i/c providing and fixing the following mounting and fixing the box in the cement concrete coller/ street light pole with suitable bolt & nuts.

Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of L.T outdoor type self supported cubical non extendable type LT Panel board of Suitable size shall be not less then 1500 X 1500 X 400 mm), dust and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with front opening, double leaf hinged door with locking arrangement embedded in PCC 1:2:4 with 04 Nos Aluminium strips of size 50 X 12 X 700 mm fixed with insuators with supplying and fixing i/c making connection / interconnection of heavy duty porceline cutouts of 300 Amps ( 03 Nos) and aluminium lugs of sizes etc. All the cutouts and busbar should be interconnected with Aluminium strips of size 50 X 12 mm. Busbar shall be provided with colour coded rubberized sleeves bands for phases and neutral identification and duly painted with two coats of metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel and conforming to section 4 of CPWD specification for Electrical works part IV substation 2007 etc complete as required.
