Construction of Waiting Shed Building @ Poosaripalayam H/O T.Kolathur Panchayat

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with intial lead and lift in all clasuses of soil such as Hard Gravely soil, Gravely soil except Hard Rock requiring Blasting etc complete as per SS20B for narrow foundation

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.sand in layers not more 15 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG stone jelly for Foundation and flooring including cost,conveveyance of all materials and labour charges to laid in layers not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc, complete with standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.)

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of floor finish with Ceramic tiles including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges

Terrace finshing with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

White Wasing Two Coats using Shell Lime including Cost and Conveyance of all Materials Charges to Site and all Labour Charges etc Complete.,

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting Two coat approved Exterior Emulsion over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,

Provision for Rainwater harvesting
