Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) ncluding carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars ncluding carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts ncluding carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers ncluding carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform ncluding carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide ncluding carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : in cement mortar 1:4 including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
