Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan) in dressing of sides and ramjing of botoms, lift upt 1.5 mtrs including getting out excavated soil and disposal of suplus soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mtr. all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level. (crushed Stone 40 mm nominal size) 1 cement 4 coarse sand: 8 graded, stone aggregates 40mm size crushed / Nallah Stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level. 1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6 graded, stone aggregates 20mm size crushed Stone Aggregate.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. removal of form work in

Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any Thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, access platforms

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.(Under 20cms wide)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing ,but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth, and superstructure upto floor V level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including prepration of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terracies etc consisting of following operations. a) applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ Brick Bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including rounding of Junctions of walls and slabs) ·c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved byEngineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finially finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm/sq 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surface of depressed portions of W.C.kitchen and the like consisting of :(I) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4kg/sqmmixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions including rounding ofJunctions of vertical and horizontal surface.(II) lind course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions including rounding of Junctionsof vertical and horizontal surface. (Ill) Ill course of applying blown or/ residual bitumenapplied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. (IV) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 1 OOmm wide and pastedto each other with bitumen @ 1. 7 kg/sqm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of tile 60 x60 cm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA,or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy,bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main 'T' runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross 'T' of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm cente to centre to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gl slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm Gl adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in-charge. Gl Metal Cei!ing Lay in perforated Tegular edge globalwhite color ti.[gs of size 595x595 mm and 0.5.mm thickwith 8 mm drop; made of Gl sheet having galvanizing of1 00 gms/sqm .(both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm d!a holes and having NRC (NoiseReduction Coefficient) of 0.5. electro statically polyesterpowder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation,and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it’s components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self – centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge . (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)

Providing and applying construction / expansion joint treatmeant with sinkadur combiflex system of 200mmX2mm tape duly fixed as per manufacturers standard with epoxy complet

Providing and fitting of aluminium strip 200mmX2mm to cover construction / expansion joint from in side \ outside complete

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved lj brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work with coat of cement primer

Providing and fixing of glass fiber Re-inforced concrete (GFRC) jalli with borders 50mm and inner portion 35mm thick in approved size and design as per actual drawing by Department.The jalli should be made in 53 grade white portland cement/43 grade OPC grey cement of reputed manufactureres and should have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2.The color of jali and fixing should be as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The jali shoulb be fixed using M.S/SS "L" shaped angles and SS fastners , including necessary scaffolding up to ht.of 12mt.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size with top and bottom rail of T -iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia, steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles,including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick GRC wall cladding (Tiles) of pattern stone castle (size 4"X10") on exterior wall / surface . Unistone make as per the approved sample. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. including necessary scaffolding up to ht.of 12mt.

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead:1:3:6 or richer mix

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc.complete.Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing and fixing of ploycarbonate sheeting of approved colour and manufacture on ceiling /roof supported over alminium section frame work fixed with dash fastener etc. complete as per manufacture specifications and direction of the project Engineer including necessary scaffolding upto ht. of 12mt (10mm thick double walled -LEXAN )

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc.including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such Killogram 573.50 as nuts, bolts, fasteners.

Providing and fixing of aluminium composite pannel sheet 3mm thick of exterior grade including aluminium channel of size (1"X1.5") including silicon, and fitting complete

Carriage of Material to site of work by Mechanical Transport to site of work including loading/unloading and Stacking at Site.
