Material and labour for Forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in floors and pavings and finishing surface even and smooth including making impressions of expanded metal while concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm stone aggregates) as in foundation , filling mass concrete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm stone aggregates) as in foundation of drain or channel bed etc. all as specified and as directed

Material and labour precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC solid blocks in 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm stone aggregates) as in Coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete cover slabs in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20 mm stone aggregates) set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminium grid work (Size of grid 600x600 mm) with 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm main tee and 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 2mm dia GI wire hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20 m centre to centre staggered with and including Eco board decorative type size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on surfaces including dismantling old ceiling boards and frame work of any description and any thickness complete all as directed all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 1.5mm thick 38 mm deep plastic dividing strips inserted in position in concrete floor panels not exc size 2m. The dividing strips shall be ground smooth with stone and shall be laid flush with the floor level complete all as specified and as directed.
