Repair to MBCB and CC pavement on Jalna Wadigodri road 31 00 to 50 00section of 753H in the state of Maharashtra under Flood Damage Programme FY 2025 26

Item No. 1:-Repair of localized failed areas of PQC by marking the area, removing the failed area using jack hammer,saw cutting to full depth of PQC,replacing membrane,clearing the area of from dust and debries,placing M40 grade PQC in a depth equivalent to the existing depth of PQC and installing existing expansion joint/other joint. ( Item No.5.09, Page No.41)

IItem No. 2:- Stapling as per specifications and standards defined in IRC SP:83-2018

Item No. 3:-Cross- Stitching as per specifications and standards defined in IRC SP:83-2018

Item No.4:- Applying Epoxy mortar over leached honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 2804 and as per approval of the Engineer.

IItem No. 5:- Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on B.T. surface 2.5 kg/10 sqm.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Item No.6;- BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 mm compacted thickness with specified grade of Bitumen,Excluding prime / tack coat. For Bitumen of specified grade -- USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory roller with Stone Dust filler. (VG-40 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Item No. 7:- Metal Beam Crash Barrier--Type-A,W: Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail,70cm above road/ground level,fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post,150x75x5mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.8mhigh,1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dipprocess, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail tobe fixed on the vertical post with aspacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810)" (SSR Item No.7.30, MORTH 810, Page No. 73)

Item No.8:- Supplying and fixing of Plastic body studs with two shanks and without shanks of SWAREFLEX or equivalent in yellow, red and white color made of ABS body with size 100*100*17.9 mm, having reflective panels of 34 special Swaro glass reflective elements ( Item No.51.127, MORTH 803.4, Page No.386)

Item No. 9:-Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/colourof 2.5mm thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @250gm/sqm. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead s as per IRC35:2015. (ReferMORTH Clause803 for technical Specification and Performance for IRC 35:2015). Item No..10:-Supplying soft murum at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete

Item No. 11:-Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete

Item No. 12:-Compacting thehardmurumsidewidths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete.

Item No. 13:-Providingandlayinginsitu/readymixM20RCCoftrap/granite/quartzite/gneissmetalforRCCworkofballastwalls,kerbsandboxreturns includingscaffolding, compaction, formwork finishing and curing etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement, with fully automaticmicroprocessorbasedPLCwithSCADAenabledconcretebatchmixplant / pan mixer with fine agreegates of required specifications ( VSI sand finely washed etc ) RCC work of Ballast walls & Kerb ( Item No.14.44a, Page No.96)
