The Status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of opening and not thereafter, unless a case of removal / suspension /banning / downgrad

GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.
All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.
If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/C&W/IC/SDAH.
