SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern in roof coverings including ridges, hips and valley gutter all as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges, hips, vally gutter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (farmed), trusses purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing MS tubes medium grade as in truss, purlin, rafters, post etc fixed with and including angle cleat , MS plate etc including necessary welding, fittings etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured trapezoidal profiled galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws(12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals), colour /exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 thick plain, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 6mm thick Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc. fixed with L-type or J-type hook bolts in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F AC two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J -type hook bolts in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting of thickness 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation oards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC False ceiling of size 600mmX600mmX5mm thick (±0.25) plain ambossed PVC sheet of 600 Kg/Cum density manufactured by an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, used as a panel insert in a frame work made using anodized aluminum powder coated T-section of size 1"x1" (25mmX25mm of 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size 2'x2' (600mmX600mm). The aluminum frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of J Hook or 4 mm GI wire/6mm MS rods of required size to maintain the proper levels etc. The aluminum frame work is supported on side wall with the use of aluminum L section of size 1"x1"(25mmX25mmof 19 gauge or 1mm thick) angles etc. complete as per manufacurer & darwingand all as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC 200mm wide eaves for roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Making good wall top for roof sheet with necessary cement mortar(1:6) complete all as directed.

M&L for fixed in repairs Second class hard-wood timber frame and fixed clean sawn in scantlings all as directed.

M&L for fixed in repairs Plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixed in repairs 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper of approved tint over a coat of primer on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 3,65,680.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 26). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
