Required1. The Consultant must be registered in India and have a Hyderabad-based team
Required2. The team must consist of a Conservation Architect, with a master?s degree in Architectural Conservation and registered with Council of Architecture.
Required3. The Conservation Architect must have minimum experience of Three (3) years in executing Conservation projects of historical buildings and should have completed at least one (1) Conservation Project.
Required4. The Firm/Conservation Architect should have similar works experience (i.e., Restoration and Conservation) and should have tendered Architectural specialization in Conservation and restoration of heritage buildings.
Required5. Copies of relevant documents/certificates should be enclosed as a proof for information furnished in the application form. The applicant not fulfilling the above conditions shall summarily be rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation
RequiredThe Bidder shall furnish audited financial statements for the last three years, audited by a Chartered Accountant, which include Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Certificates regarding contingent liabilities
RequiredThe bidder should submit Rs.10,000/-(Rs.Ten thousand) DD IN FAVOUR OF SECRETARY, QQSUDA
