Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable (red, yellow & blue colour) in existing conduit including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm (green colour) as continuous earth wire and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 2.00 here in before but for one 3/5 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board.

CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of fixture shall be > 70. 4. CCT (Colour Co-related Temperature of fixture shall be 5700K + 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 100 Lm/W. 6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. Lenses shall be Modular Type. 8. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. 9. CA No. shall be written on each fitting before installation. 10. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting.

Note for srl item No 16 to 23 above (Contd...):- 11. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out from Top cover. 12. The defect liability period of LED lights shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over for replacement. 13. A guarantee of 05 years shall be provided by contractor supported by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. Contractor shall deposit security on this account @ 5% of work done against these items otherwise the same shall be deducted from the dues payable to him in RAR/Final Bill.
