Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc., n. exc. 10 sqm on plan getting out complete all as specified and directed.
Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Surplus earth obtained from excavation for sewage line shall be mounted on line and the same shall be measured and paid in this item only.
Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Desilting of covered drains/ culverts of any size and depth including removal of mud/ soil/ grass and removal/ refixing of cover slabs etc. and disposal of spoil outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.
Cleaning of sewage sump of any depth by dewatering and removal of sludge by honey sucker machine and disposal of sludge outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
Cleaning of choked water closet/ gully trap/ floor trap of bath room/ kitchen/ wash basin upto first manhole complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor shall collect complaint slips from complaint cell of AGE B/R-I by 9:30 HRS and ensure rectification of complaint within 24 HRS. In case, the contractor fails to rectify the complaint within specified period, recovery @ Rs. 500/- per day per complaint shall be affected from the contractor's dues.
Cleaning of manholes of any size and not exc. 1.5m depth by mechanical means including lifting, removing sludge, water and cleaning with water and cutting grass, vegetation and bushes to a width of 60cm alround manholes complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No 7.00 above but manholes of depth of manhole exc. 1.5m but n. exc. 3.0m. Note for item No 7.00 & 8.00: The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for removal of sludge and water obtained while cleaning outside MD land in mechanical sucker.
Roding and cleaning of 100mm bore sewage line of any depth between gully trap & manhole/ two adjoining manholes with jet roding machine by mechanical means with jet pressure pump and removing all foreign material and sludge from pipe line and making the line functional complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No. 9.00 above but 150mm bore.

M&L for RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in precast cover slab with plain faces for manholes set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete including demolition of existing damaged concrete cover slab, separating, scraping and cleaning reinforcement and removing the rubbish off the premises outside Defence land complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, deck slabs, cover slabs, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick of flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out of joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
