Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 4.5m but not exceeding 6m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids of tensile stength minimum 20kN/m, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The required testing for qualification will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)

Conducting static plate load test in backfill soil at founding level as directed by Engineer-in charge as per relevant Indian Standards (IS 1888) and specifications up to 100 t/sq.m or failure by reaction method using plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 25mm thickness. The rate shall include preparation of test surface all equipment, materials and preparation of test report in sextuplicate and one copy in CD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing shoring using MS plates, channels, I section,steel boards,support jockeys,tierods,pipes to retain the excavated earth up to a height of 5m until the completion of work all as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (ten) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Construction of granular sub-bass by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

For Grading-I material

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying Damp proof course over brick masonry wall at basement level in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick mixing with crude oil at the rate of 5% by weight of cement including curing, finishing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. M45 grade with 400 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level

Supplying and placing Filcrete using cement sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material,compaction, pumping,curing etc.,all complete as per specification, drawing, and as directed by the eic

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structural steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing, fabricating and fixing hand rail using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections and anchor fasteners for fixing as per drawings, specifications complete . A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site . This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.

Providing and fixing in position 25mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 18.00 Kg/Cu.m weight wrapped in 200micron thickness polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing supplying and sealing the Expansion Joints with Gungrade Polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC Construction Joints of 'MASTERFLEX 700i of BASF construction Chemicals make' or approved equivalent by removing the expansion joint board up to 25mm deep and cleaning the surface neatly and filling Gungrade sealent up to 25mm deep to the lines and levels complete all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, making uniform height, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to interior walls to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying 2 coats of putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to exterior walls to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty wherever required, preparation of the surfaces,covering the pinholes of rc surfaces by putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on plain plaster work at all levels with Cement paint (Snowcem or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying on external surfaces Acrylic based textured paint (Renova or other approved equivalent brand and manufacturer) of approved colour, textured pattern, horizontal and vertical groove if required on plastered surfaces with two coats of external emulsion paint over under coat textured paint including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, cleaning the surfaces complete at all level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The work should be executed by an approved agency. The rate shall be inclusive of textured paint one coat and emulsion paint two coats.

Providing and applying first coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer and second coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer and third coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions,louvers with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) NOTE : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners, rollers for sliding windows required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated with decorative lamination on both sides, 3 layer medium density (Exterior grade) particle board Grade-I, Type - II confirming to IS:12823 bonded with phenol formaldhyde synthetic resin of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partition frames with C.P brass /stainless screws etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS L 4351 manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and angle threshold of MS angle 50 x 25 mm, or base ties of 1.25 mm thick MS welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treatment of surface all complete to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non-decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and sizes as per requirement) conforming to IS : 2202, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded, hot pressed with internal Teak wood lipping of 25mm depth on all sides complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 150x200mm vision panel in door shutter using 4mm thick glass with teakwood lipping of 20x10mm size alround complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with 6mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing reflective / non reflective type sun control polyester film ‘Garware’ or approved equivalent of required shade & colour, pasted to doors/ windows glazing as per requirement including cleaning the surface before and after pasting complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC door shutters with door frames of approved colour/shade "Sintex / Akrosha” or approved equivalent make and wall thickness 2mm + 0.2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners, including all accessories & fittings like 3 nos 100mm SS hinges, 2 Nos 125mm Grip aluminium Bow handles, 2 Nos of Aluminium 75mm Baby latch for each door complete all as directed at by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2, and M.S Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Rolling shutters PULL and PUSH type including top hood 1.25mm thick

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing Motorized arrangements including designing, providing spring less motor, control panels, limit switches, etc of "Swastik" or "Windoors" make or equivalent approved make all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Exceeding 10.00 sqm and up to 16.80 sqm in the area
