S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete including dismantling corrugated steel/aluminium sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Angle/square sections as in window grills, gratings, posts main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, plates where connected to common rafters and drilling holes for existing wooden/steel angle rafter; fixed with angle cleats MS Screw bolts necessary welding to purlins or other connecting plate of Grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing false ceiling 12mm thick false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture contents less than 2% humidity resistance of 99% NRCO, 50 to .75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non-combustible as per BS 476 (Part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (Minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 gms per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross -T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items ( galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastener 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25 x 2mm galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 50mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings including dismantling existing ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any capacity 500 or 1000 or 2000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after applying of WPT etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description of any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floors & floor etc and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate and 2 river sand) as in padding and benching & filleting with IWPC (IWPC measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement with IWPC (IWPC measured separately) as in roof slabs complete fine aggregate used natural river sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying single component AP Smart care PU Magnum or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE, Zero VOC, elastomeric pure polyurethane membrane free from bitumen and tar, APL Smart Care PU Magnum or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE with minimum elongation of 350%, solid content of 85%, Tensile strength of >2.5Mpa, crack bridging capacity of 3mm and Shore hardness of > 60. The system consists of applying the PU Magnum US waterproofing treatment @ 2 kg/sq.m. in two coats. over a one coat of primer with Solvent Based HFP 130/120/Equivalent @ 200 Gms/Sqm including surface preparation Complete removing of existing roof treatment/ tar felt and cleaning the entire surface with grinding and removing the loose mortar, dust particles & making the surface sound enough, addressing the cracks by making v groove & if any surface imperfections are treated with APL SC Repair Polymer or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with neat cement in 1:1 proposition. Treating all construction joints, coving/angle fillet: The coving shall be done on all sharp edges and on the terrace surface to avoid water stagnation. The coving of size (50mm X 50mm) should be done by Smart care Repair polymer mixed @5% of weight of cement, in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand across the joints area of slab and parapet wall, bore packing all the pipes are made rough by apply a bond coat with APL Smart Care Multi-Purpose Polymer or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE along the periphery of the pipe and sand sprinkling over, pipes to be placed inside the core cut areas appropriately. Grouting the gaps between the pipes and core cut by Smart Care General Purpose Grout or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE after fixing an effective leak free shuttering complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Contractor shall give guarantee for 10 years for the treatment and a sum equal to 2.5% of the quoted rate will be retained in Final Bill towards security deposit for period of 10 years. 2) Alternatively, Contractor may submit FDR in favour of GE Golconda for a period of 10 year towards security deposit.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
