Servicing and maintanance of Split AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity complete indoor / outdoor unit installed upto 3 meter height for routine check up for smoth functioning checking of refrigerant gas, gas leakage, cheking the functioning of compressor, blower motor, all electrical / electronic circuit, functioning of remote, functioning cooling system, cleaning and washing by using vaccum cleaner/ water spray/ mild liquid soap, seal of air filters, cooling coil, condensor coil, blower motor, fan motor etc. complete indoor / outdoor unit all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : (i) Spares required will be measured and paid separately) (ii) Servicing of Split AC 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity should be done by OEM or authorize channel partner.)

All as per above item No 01 but out door unit installed more than 3m from the ground level. (Note : (i) Spares required will be measured and paid separately (ii) Servicing of Split AC 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity should be done by OEM or authorize channel partner.(iii) Bidders are requested to visit the site before quoting the rate)

Servicing and maintanance of flame proof split AC 1.5 ton capacity complete unit for routine check up for smooth functioning checking of refrigerant gas, gas leakage, cheking the functioning of compressor, blower motor, all electrical/electronic circuit, functioning of cooling system, cleaning and washing by using vaccum cleaner/ water spray/ mild liquid seal liquid of air filters, cooling coil, condensor coil, blower motor, fan motor etc., complete unit all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :(i) Spares required will be measured and paid separately (ii) Servicing of flame proof Split AC 1.5 Ton capacity should be done by OEM or authorize channel partner.))

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from 1.5 ton capacity of window/split type air conditioner and replacing the same with factory built hermetically sealed rotary new compressor sealed unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, leak testing by charging with CO2/dry nitrogen gas. Evacuating the system and charging of R-22 Refrigerant gas after ensure leak proof condition and testing complete all as directed. (Note - Refrigerant gas in required quantity shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A')

All as per item No 5 here-in- before but of capacity 2.0 ton

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from 1.5 ton capacity of flame proof split type air conditioner and replacing the same with factory built hermetically sealed rotary compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, leak testing by charging with CO2/ dry nitrogen gas. Evacuating the system and charging of R-22 Refrigerant gas after ensure leak proof condition and testing complete all as directed. (Note - Refrigerant gas in required quantity shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'.)

Taking Down of existing damaged / burnt blower motor from split/window type AC and supply & fixing of new blower motor with capacitor & mounting materials single phase, 230 Volts 50 Hz suitable for 1.5 ton & 2 ton capacity of window/Split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down of existing damaged / burnt blower motor from flame proof split AC and supply & fixing of new blower motor with capacitor & mounting materials single phase, 230 Volts 50 Hz suitable for 1.5 ton & 2 ton capacity of flameproof split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down of existing damaged / oudoor fan motor from split / window/flame proof AC (1.5 / 2 Ton capacity) and replace the burnt unserviceable parts, refixing the same after repair and testing its proper function complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out damaged metallic / PVC fan blade from window/split/flame proof AC 1.5/2 ton and Supply & fix new PVC fan blade of existing size suitable for 1.5/2 ton window/split type AC/flame proof AC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable running capacitor and supply and fix new running capacitor of 36/45/50 MFD for 1.5/2.0 ton window/split type AC/flame proof AC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charging of refrigerant R-22 HydroChloroFluoroCarbon (HCFC) compound having low chlorine content and ozone depletion potential including cost of leak detection, welding, and refitting the same in entire system as required, including replacing defective liquid strainer, capillary tube of various capacities / types of Air Conditioners installed at any height, testing for its satisfactory operation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Original purchase voucher of gas having GST No shall be submit before payment claim duly entered in measurementbook )

All as per above item No. 13 but R-410a (Pentafluoroethane, Difluoromethane) refrigerant.

Taking out unserviceable burnt duel PCB unit from inverter split AC/flame proof AC and supply and fixing of new PCB unit suitable for existing Split/Flame proof AC of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable swing motor from split/window AC/flameproof AC indoor unit and supply and fixing new swing motor suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton split/window AC/ flameproof AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable existing cooling coil unit from window/split AC/flame proof AC of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity and supply and fixing of new cooling coil with thermostat complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable existing condensing coil unit from window/split AC/flame proof AC of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity and supply and fixing of new condencing coil with thermostat complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Split AC mild steel powder coated brackets for mounting outdoor unit as per existing size after taking down old damage brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the exisiting indoor and outdoor unit of Split/window Air Conditioner/flameproof AC from any location / any capacity and refixing the same at new said location complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (a) Necessry regrigirant gas,copper pipes with insulaton will be measured and paid separetely. (b) All the other miscelleneous items required for fixing is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from 208 ltrs capacity Refrigerator & replacing the same with factory built hermetically sealed new compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting material, welding, leak testing by charging dry Nitrogen gas, charging of refrigerant R-134 A after ensuring leak proof condition. Testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately. )

S&F for new thermostatic switch for 208 to 310 capacity refrigerator after taking out defective thermostatic switch complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for new Refrigerator freezer chamber of capacity 208 ltrs to 310 ltrs after taking out defective Refrigerator freezer chamber complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for new starting relay cum over load protector for refrigerator upto 315 ltrs capacity as per existing make and model of the refrigerator after taking out faulty starting relay cum over load protector complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing burnt / unserviceable compressor unit from 40/80 ltrs capacity water cooler & replacing the same with suitable factory built hermetically sealed rotary new compressor unit including necessary accessories and maintaining material, welding, leak testing by dry Nitrogen gas and charging R-134A refrigerant gas after ensuring leak proof condition and testing completed all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for new starting relay suitable for water cooler of capacity 40 / 80 ltrs after taking out defective / unserviceable starting relay complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for new running capacitor suitable for water cooler of capacity 40 / 80 ltrs after taking out defective / unserviceable running capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for new over load protector suitable for water cooler of capacity 40 / 80 ltrs after taking out defective / unserviceable over load protector complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Necessary fixing material for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

S&F for new stabilizer 4 KVA/5 KVA capacity after taking out of existing damaged / burnt voltage stabilizer of 4 KVA/ 5 KVA capacity complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Original purchase voucher of stabilizer having GST No shall be submit before payment claim duly entered in measurementbook )

S&F for new auto transformer of voltage stabiliser 4 KVA / 5 KVA capacity after taking out defective / burnt auto transformer complete all as specified and directed.
