Supply, installation testing & commissioning of dual speed high tempearture rated Jet Fans. Fan should include inlet & outlet silencers & mounting arrangements. Fan Should be capable of runing at 300DegC at least for 2 Hours once. Jet fans shall be complete with casing made of heavy gauge sheet steel, roll formed, welded and hot-dip galvanized after fabrication. Impeller (Hub and blades) shall be constructed of die cast aluminium alloy. Impeller should have aerodynamic profile. MOTOR CONTROL CENTRE PANEL WITH PLC :

Supply & Installation of MCC Electrical Panel made out of 2/1.6 mm CRCA sheet finished with Siemens Grey powder coated painting. Panel complete with Built in PLC, MCB/MPCB Feeders and Starters for Jet Impulse fans with dual speed and all Exhaust air Axial fans with VFD. All Jet Impulse Fans and Exhaust air Fans are controlled through CO level feedback by MCC Panel's PLC and all Exhaust air axial fans shall be run at full speed in case of Receipt of FIRE SIGNAL from the Fire Basement Panel to be supplied by others. The panel shall be floor mounted and top cable entry, suitable incomer MCCB, aluminum bus bar and custom built microprocessor logic controller with necessary control wiring etc.

The Main LT Panel shall use breakers suitable for 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire supply system.
