Providing & Fixing Roling Carpet of "Saxony" construction , tufred 1/8 gauge, 100 % PA Luxus 2-ply nylon with inbuilt scotch guard for better strain resistance, roli type carpet, style name :High groove- 750", brand "Carcus" and high qulity standard with the backing of "Woven Polypropylene" and secondary backing of "Premium back" type for better performance. Carpet should have a standard length of 30m , width of 4.00 m & minimum pile height of 6mm (as per ISO 1766) , with a total height of 9mm( as per ISO 1765), should also have a minimum pile weight of 750 gm/m2 and a minimum total weight of 1380 g/m2 (as per ISO 8543). The carpet should have minimum 138582/m2 number of tufts ( as per ISO 1763) , Colour fastness standard of minimum 4 , thermal resistance of 0.072 m2KM (as per ISO 8302) and impact sound insulation of minimum 25 DB. NOTE :-1. To be installed by authorised and trained staff like CCIL in India, complete as per instructions of GE. 2.Material should be Cans Carpet or its equivalent.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for bedding of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces for backing of tiles etc complete all as specified.

M&L for double charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) of light Shade , polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, fixed in floor/skirting etc over set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing & fixing in position, Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring (Made in India) with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130mm wide (minimum) in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having density 18-40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm, and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum hardness 1000 Kgf with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. NOTE :- 1. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of cost of all the material mentioned here-in and its installation as stage flooring. 2.The shade of polish on the flooring shall be approved by GE. 3.The certificate of all the material to be submitted by the contractor to GE. Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skelton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, (without sash bars) edges for framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1 section 8 clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

(b) Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicators of manufacturer. (c) Wall care putty shall be measured and paid seperately.
