Supplying and roofing with ASBESTOS CEMENT CORRUGATED SHEETS including fixing of ridges, cost of U’ or J’ bolts nuts, bitumen and G.I. washers and cutting the sheet to the required size if necessary and white washing the inner side of the AC sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary G.I screws and EPDM rubber washers, including cost of loading, unloading and transportion charges etc., Complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing one coat with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

COLOUR WASHING two coats using best shell lime including cost of gum, Kanjee, colouring pigment brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing white glazed European water closet of approved best quality and make with 100mm P or S trap connecting with CI pipe of 10mm dia/PVC pipe of 110mm dia with double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with C.P brass hinges,including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws,etc.,including supplying and fixing10 litres/12.5 litres of capacity PVC low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets,etc.,complete with all internal fittings such as 15mm brass ball valve wuth polythene float with brasshandle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 20mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for cutting, threading and fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Finishing the top of roof with one course of new machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with semi polished cuddapah slab of 38/ 40mm thick laid over Cement Morter 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing in position wash hand basin with new one fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia metre brass chromium plated pillar tap, 32mm dia metre G.M wheel valve 15mm dia brass nipple 15mm dia nylon connection etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with pair of CI brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a primary coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Lettering and Painting over wall surface for stock display board and name board of standard text size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and lettering as directed by the departmental officers including cost of all materials, labour etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the broken windows and Ventilator glass panes of 4mm thick with new glass panes of 4mm thick of approved quality including fixing in position with TW beading all round the glass panes with nails etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Servicing the rolling shutter including changing clips, patties, adjustment bearing cleaning and grease applying, locking slids adjustment kerosene washing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
