Provn of Standby supply 2x30 KVA DG Set for Conf Hall at Stn HQ and Security lights at Veer lines and 1 x 15 KVA DG Set for SOWC under GE (West) Mathura

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for sand cushioning using unwashed dry river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Approved unwashed dry river sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS -5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling of holes under road for laying of underground cable through pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to machinery/equipment etc and including GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, protected with and including 50mm dia light grade GI pipe, 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, necessary earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 concrete pit, RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 pre-cast cover (54x54x5cm) duly reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT bar @ 150mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8mm dia TMT bar, embedded in pre-cast cover slab complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified & as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
