Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of full height, min 900 mm passage with 1800mm height Flap Barrier single lane( 02 boxes) in SS304 with golden finish cabinet with Acrylic /Polycarbonate wings with Tailgate detection and Lane indication features for authorised /non authorised /wrong entry etc. complete as per technical specification TSS01 and as per instruction of EIC. Note: 1.Scope of works also includes dismantling of existing Flap barrier system 02 lane at OYC and take away scrap material (Suitable rebate to be offered in the quoted rtae of this item for take away scrap material). Necessary civil trench work and localised wires, Cat 6 cables etc. shall also be included in scope of work. Flooring/wall surface exposed after removal of existing flap barriers to be finished with similar material /finish to existing area finish. 2. Namaste and DAE logo shall be printed over transparent medium and pasted on Flaps/ Wings/Enclosure.

Note: Scope of works also includes dismantling of existing tube style Man trap and take away scrap material (Suitable rebate to be offered in the quoted rtae of this item for take away scrap material). Necessary civil trench work and localised wires, Cat 6 cables etc. shall also be included in scope of work. Flooring/wall surface exposed after removal of existing flap barriers to be finished with similar material /finish to existing area finish. 2. Modification, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of existing DFMD (M/s Sivananda Electronics make) with veneer and PU coating of same colour and electronics shall be upgraded to microprocessor/Micro controller system etc. as per technical specification TSS03. Note: 1. Scope also includes transportation of existing DFMD from OYC office Mumbai to OEM works and do necessary modification at OEM works and reinstallation, testing & commissioning at OYC office as per specification. 2. Flooring/wall surface exposed after removal of existing flap barriers to be finished with similar material /finish to existing area finish.

Supply and installation of cabin with emergency door with all exposed SS members to be gold etching finish as per technical specification TSS04.

Supply & Configuration of RFID Card Reader compatible with existing software as per technical specification TSS05.

MS Fabrication: Supply, fabrication and installation of supports using MS channel/angle / flat/ MS rod hangers etc. including cutting, fabrication, welding etc. and painting with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel/ PU paint of approved shade as per instructions of EIC. NOTE: 1. All Interconnection cabling between Reader, Controller, Server etc. shall be included in contractor's scope. 2. Minor civil works required for installation of various equipment is in the scope of contractor. 3. General note applicable to all items of specification shall be complied. 4.Flooring/wall surface exposed after removal of existing flap barriers to be finished with similar material /finish to existing area finish.
