Material and labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick (square / rectangular) vitrified light shade, coloured tiles, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with colour of the tiles over and including screed bed of 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring as in flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified & directed.
