Design & Supply of lattice type tiltable frangible (as per ICAO Aerodrome Manual Part-6) mast of Fibre Glass material of 500 mm X 500 mm of following heights ( total height of structure from ground to center of fitting including 0.25 m high 50 mm reducer for cross arm if any), designed to withstand wind speeds as per ICAO with crossarm suitable for mounting approach lights in horizontal formation with distance between fittings as mentioned below complete with crossarm supports( if required), stainless steel hinged baseplate, foundation bolts and other necessary accessories etc as required as per site conditions.

4.21meter high, suitable for mounting 01 Nos of approach light.

5.00 meter high, with crossarams suitable for mounting lights in pattern (3-2-1-2-3) approach lights ( Total 11 lights on 05 poles).

5.75 meter high, suitable for mounting 01 Nos of approach light.

6.00 meter high, suitable for mounting 01 Nos of approach light.

Design & Supply of tubular pole type frangible pole (as per ICAO Aerodrome Mnaual Part-6) of Fibre glass material of 90 mm dia of following heights (total height of structure from ground to centre of fitting), designed to withstand windspeed as per ICAO. with suitable cross arm and mounting for approach lights complete with base plate suitable for mounting on CI housing box, foundation bolts and other accessories etc as required as per site conditions.

2.78 m high, suitable for mounting 1 Nos of approach light.

3.59 m high, suitable for mounting 1 Nos of approach light.

ITC of lattice type frangible FRP mast with a base concrete of 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 course sand: 6 aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) of size 1000mm X 1000 mm X 100 mm thick with concrete block of size 800 X 800 X 600 mm made of 1 : 2: 4 ( 1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) including anchoring, plastering, excavation, etc complete as required).

ITC of frangible tubular pole with a base concrete of 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 course sand: 6 aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) of size 1000mm X 1000 mm X 100 mm thick with concrete block of size 800 X 800 X 600 mm made of 1 : 2: 4 ( 1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) including anchoring, plastering, excavation, etc complete as required).

Dismantling of existing approach light fittings including dismantling of existing poles, coupling, base plates, secondary lead wires, isolating trasnformersetc and delivering the same to and as instructed by EIC, complete as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade 2 C X 2.5 sqmm PVC insualted and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible cable.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm HDPE pipes as required . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings. The CI top cover of 310 mm diax 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and bolts as required.

Installation of CI housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deepi/c cutting/ excavation of surface/earth, providing one no, 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe,i/c laveling of housing box with suitable instrument etc, painting of box with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint and installation of housing box in soil providing base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, and PCC of 1:2:4 all around the housing box of width not less than 150 mm and pedestal of 0.30 mtr. and 0.10 mtr. thick all around the box making suitable slop to level of runway all around the housing box, painting, lettering, numbring etc i/c disposal of excavated earth, debris/malba and making good the same as original complete as required.

ITC of elevated light fittings including drawing of suitable lenghth of secondary cable from isolating trasnformer to fittings, lamps, connectors( male & female) and making field conncetion with isolating tranformer, lamps and Essna connector and cable i/c connection of secondary cable and fittings on the pole / lattices/mast/ existing CI box etc. as required.

Checking & Adjusting vertical & horizontal setting angle of elevated approach lights on both RWY-10 & RWY-28 side as per ICAO/ CAR and submission of angle setting reports complete as required.
