SCH 'A' SECTION-I (B/R WORKS) Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel/ iron corrugated, semi-corrugated, plain sufaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as sepcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac (Ist Quality)

Preparation of old corrugated, semicorrugated, plain steel surfaces of any description as on sloped roof, wall/cladding surfaces over 10 cm with or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging pattern having percentage of colour as 40% olive green, 40% dark brown and 20% sand stone at height n.exc 15mtr as per sample/pattern approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The %age of the three colours may change without any financial effect by the approval of GE. 2. Contractor shall take all necessary safety precautions alongwith insurance cover to his workmen before commencement of work. Unit rates quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of all such factors and nothing extra including compensation to workmen in any manner is payable on this account. 3. The second coat will be done after approval of GE for Ist coat. Make : Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac (Ist Quality)

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

PVC Wall panelling comprising 5mm thick PVC sheet having weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm fixed with clip and plugs all as per manufactuer's instructions. (Pattern and design shall be approved by the GE) complete including necessary PVC beading/fillet/jointer etc of weight not less than 100 gm/metre, Make: Home Decors/Wall Masters/Wall Decors or equivalent as approved by GE.

Gypsum tiles 12.50 mm thick of size 595 x 595 mm of approved desing of make Acoster/Ploca/Armsrong or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified.

Dismantling AC sheets (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting, 0.50 mm thick, of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Make : M/S Multicolor steel India Pvt Ltd , New Delhi / CRIL / INDIAN ISPAT / TATA BLUE SCOPE / JSW / KIRBY / PRESTAR

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Single charge, vitrified, stain and scratch resistant, joint free, premium (Ist) quality coloured tiles 600mm X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Make : Johnson (Daisy SF/Gloria SF) or equiivalent from Kajaria / Somany as approved by Accepting Officer.

Single charge, vitrified, stain and scratch resistant, joint free, premium (Ist) quality coloured tiles 600mm X 100 mm and 9-10 mm thick in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting / dado etc,and height not more than 150mm, set and jointed over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Skirting should be flushed with the wall plastering. Make : Johnson (Daisy SF/Gloria SF) or equiivalent from Kajaria / Somany as approved by Accepting Officer.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete

Cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plastering 5mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from external/internal/ceilings surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces/existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii) Works under this item shall be carried out to Hangers of Tech area of height upto 12.00 mtr. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Internal Emulsion : Asian (APCOLITE PREMIUM EMULSION) / Berger (RANGOLI TOTAL CARE) / Nerolac (PEARL) . Note :-(i) Works under this item shall be carried out to Hangers of Tech area of height upto 12.00 mtr. Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) . Note :-(i) Works under this item shall be carried out to Hangers of Tech area of height upto 12.00 mtr. Contractor shall take all necessary safety precautions alongwith insurance cover to his workmen before commencement of work. Preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac (Ist Quality)

Preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac (Ist Quality)

SCH 'A' SECTION-II (E/M WORKS) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable and foundation of poles/stays/water pipes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric cable of any size and description from trenches/ pipe/duct including protection bricks and setting aside for reuse or measurement for credit purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Serviceable bricks as retrieved shall be stacked for measurement so as to relay the same under appropriate item of this schedule. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm single core complete suitable for runway lighting laid in trenches / along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i)Cable shall be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallahs, along pole/wall and in ducts. (ii) Excavation & earth work, pipe, clamp, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid separately. Make of cable : Havells / Rallison / Polycab or equavalent as approved by GE

Labour only for removing LED Elevated Heliport light and checking serviceability of AMA LED Heliport light, Isolation Transformer and Primary/Secondary connectors with the help of suitable equipment and reassemble the same after replacement of unserviceable component and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Unserviceable components like LED Light, Isolation Transformer, Primary connectors and Secondary connectors shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only Isolation Transformer 45 Watt 6.6/6.6 Amps, confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only LED Elevated Taxiway edge light, having UV-resistant polycarbonate outer lines, rugged low profile design, aluminium casting, stainless steel hardware and protected with aviation yellow powder coat finish, locking ring protected with aviation blue powder coat finish, smooth outer glass surface resists build up dirt, lamp life not less than 50,000 Hrs at full intensity operating temperature-40 degree centigrade to + 55 degree centigrate, 5 step constant current option and average light intensity greater than 2 (cd), the protection should comply with respective FAA and ICAO standard complete including all necessary requirements required for aviation light all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : AMA INDIA / SAGINFRA / OCEM / ADB Note : LED lights colour should match with the existing light colour layout or as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Primary Connector for connection of LED Heliport light with transformer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : BILDAL /ALOKE / ELECTROMACH

Supply only Secondary Connector for connection of LED Heliport light with transformer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : BILDAL /ALOKE / ELECTROMACH

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for copping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including necessary form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified

GI tube light grade (ISI marked) 40mm bore laid in trenches across road/nallah or fixed along with wall/pole including two clamp, 2 Nos FI of 40 x 6mm size with nuts, bolts and washers or laid in floors complete fixed as in repair for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under Road/Hard Standing for passing of GI pipe 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
