Providing & Laying C.C. 1:5:10 (Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) all around S.W. pipe including 15 Cm. thick bed concrete (Width W= Diameter of pipe in Cm+30 Cm.)( Excluding cost of pipe) 200mm dia S.W. pipe As per Pwd BSR 2025,Ch.-S-3,Item no.-3.2.3

Providing and laying cement concreting including curing, compaction etc. complete using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth, excluding cost of shuttering using.M-15 grade mix 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate).As per IGNP BSR 2026,Ch.-IX,Item no.-3.3

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Medium shade using approximately 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement As per Pwd BSR 2025,Ch.-B-11,Item no.-11.17.2

Providing and Applying ACRYLIC emulsion polymer waterproofing chemical coating, on over roof on over roof slabs/terrace/balconies/parapet wall etc.with following method/specification:Paint the surface with regular paint brush so as to obtain approximately 0.3mm thickness coating. apply the 2nd coat next day at right angles to the 1st coat so that total thickness of the coating should be approximately 0.6mm coverage by using above formulation will be 40 ft2/ litre of chemical. painted surface does not require any external water curing since chemical will hold sufficient water for curing.After the primer coat Apply 2 coats of modified acrylic emulsion polymer water proofing compound having solar heat reduction properties coating @ 0.330 KG/SQM on the surface of the interval of 3-4 hours. Undulation on the surface is repair before the waterproofing work.As per Pwd BSR 2025,Ch.-B-15,Item no.-15.29

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :As per Pwd BSR 2025,Ch.-B-10,Item no.-10.22

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible class 2 copper conductor 1.1 kV grade and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible class 2 copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit & it's ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories, Aluminum round tiles, 1.2 mm thick Hot Dipped Galvanized Modular Box with earth terminal, 6 A Modular switch, Modular face plate with grid plate, 3 pin ceiling rose / Holder /3 way connector, screws, making connections, testing etc. as required. Short point (up to 3 mtr.) As per PWD BSR 2025 item no. 1.1.1

Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modular accessories on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required. As per PWD BSR 2025 item no. 7.38
