Excavation in foundations trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil, such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work, jumper blasting wrok, chiseling wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil not more then three metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (Fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus exeavated earth as directed up to any lead by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point one five milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm. (Thirty into thirty into five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling any floor/height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm (Two hundred millimeter) in thickness. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1: 2: 4 (One cement :two sand: four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty milimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up to floor all level, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Marble work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneer work) 4cm. thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 White cement:2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade Baroda Green Marble , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

White glazed tiles 6 mm (Six millimeter) thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (Twelve millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone verified tiles (300x300mmx10mm) (Three hundred into three hundred millimeter into ten millimeter) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (Twelve millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat,on rough side of brick/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement : foursand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give and even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth .Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing commercial ply wood ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) 6 mm (Six millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails incluiding removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary. 4mm (Four millimeter) thick plain glass, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm. (Fifty millimetres) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement:three sand: six graded stone aggregate crushed 20mm.
