Please submit your bank details i.e. Name of Bank along withBank Branch Code, Accounts Number as appearing in thecheque book, IFSC Code and PAN Number, duly certified by theauthorized official of the bank, to facilitate payment throughECS/NEFT/RTGS. In lieu of the bank certificatephotocopy/scanned copy of a cancelled cheque maybe attachedfor verification of the above particulars.

Tenderer should submit documents related to registrationdetails, GSTIN along with other details required underCGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act, registered address, email id etc.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

For any calculation rounding-off will be done up-to two digit afterdecimal as per provision of IS-2. This will also applicable for ratequoted by tenderer.

Tenderers are requested to kindly carefully go through therelevant instructions/conditions/requirements contained intender documents/general conditions of contract, as the casemay be before submitting the offer. Variousconditions/constructions will be taken as read & agreed if notspecifically indicated to be disagreed/deviated.

It will be responsibility of tenderers downloading the tenderdocuments to check time to time for corrigendum to the tenderif any and submit their offer accordingly. Railway reserves theright to make any additions/alterations to the tender uploadedand issue corrigendum to the same effect. In case the tendererfails to take note of the above corrigendum, the additions andalterations entered/effected in the corrigendum shall be bindingupon the tenderer and no claim what so ever will be entertainedby Railway.

Tenderer should quote his single and common percentage rateonly above/below/at par the Rlys estimated rates as given inSchedule.

Only one common and single percentage should be quotedotherwise offer will be summarily rejected.

The quantity shown in the schedule is approximate and liable tobe varied depending upon the actual requirement/arising.

If the tenderer / tenderers deliberately give/gives wronginformation in his/their tender or creates/create circumstancesfor the acceptance of his/their tender, the Railway reserves theright to reject such tender at any stage.

No post tender correspondence shall be entertained afterclosing of tender even suo moto post tender letters of thetenderers shall be treated as null/void.

The Standard IR General Conditions of Contract(GCC)April- 2022for works contract with all correction slips upto latest asamended from time to time will be applicable for this contract.Tenderer participating in this tender will be considered wellfamiliar with the clauses available in the IRGCC April- 2022.Incase any clarifications/query the tenderer may read the IRGCCApril-2022 available on website(www.indianrailway.gov.in). Ifany typing error found in some important clauses are beingmentioned above of GCC April 2022 in this Bid the Original asmentioned in IRGCC April2022 will hold good. GCC April 2022and correction slip No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 attached.

Until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, acceptanceof this tender document shall constitute a binding contractbetween Railway and tenderer subject to modification as may bemutually agreed and indicated in the letter of acceptance forthis work.

Schedule of rate and quantity as per annexure-IV of TenderDocument.

Omissions and Discrepancies:- The tenderer(s)shall not take anyadvantage of any misinterpretation of the conditions due totyping or any other error. Should a tenderer find discrepancies inor omissions from the specification or any of the Tender Formsor should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he should at oncenotify the authority inviting tenders who may send a writteninstruction to all tenderers. It shall be understood that everyendeavour has been made to avoid any error which canmaterially effect the basis of the tender and the successfultenderer shall take upon himself and provide for the risk of anyerror which may subsequently be recovered and shall make nosubsequent claim on account thereof.
