Complete dismantling, repairing overhauling and commissioning of MIV and Guard valve with replacement of damaged pipe line of drainage valve and bye pass valve of Machine No.- II of 1.50X2 MW Gumma Power House under RE Division HPSEBL, Chirgaon. The job Consists of works as mentioned s.a. Specification of MIV i.e. Butterfly type, Diameter 500mm (Dia.), Nominal Head 172m, Material of seals are of Rubber, Time of opening 30 sec., Discharge 1.15 Cumax alongwith dismantling of MIV, repair of Butterfly (Disc ) by welding, machining and then grinding so as to achieve the required profile, fixing of new seal heavy duty in the valve to stop the leakage of water, replacement of all worn out parts if found defective, replacement of defective studs washers and other accessories with new ones, dismantling of dummy plate and reassembled the MIV properly & finally the MIV to be got tested at site and there should not be any leakage of water from the MIV. as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
Dismantling of guard valve with specification Type wedge gate geared manually operated, diameter 500mm (Dia.), Nominal Head 172m, discharge 1.15 Cumax and fitment of dummy plate in place of Guard valveof machine No.- I & II step by step, repair of Guard valve by welding ,then grinding so as to achieve the required profile, replacement of all eroded parts if found defective, dismantling of dummy plate and reassembled the Guard valve properly & finally the Guard valve to be got tested at site and there should not be any leakage of water from the Guard Valve as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
Packaging of all dismantled parts and loading of material, transportation of material, unloading of material, transit insurance of material from site (Gumma Power House) to the Works of bidder and back to the Power House as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
Replacement of damaged pipe line of drainage valve and bye pass valve as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
