Dismantling For Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah SlabsTiles etc Complete.,

Dismantling For Plastering including all labour charges etc.complete.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of following size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Internal Water Supply - P.V.C. Pipes (6Kg/SqCm) Supplying laying and jointing P.V.C pipes (6Kg/SqCm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to I.S.S & with I.S.I mark, of the following sizes including cutting , Fixing to PVC specials using Adhesive but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak - Wood Plugs,PVC Clamps and screws,making holes on the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition with necessary brick work and plastering wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges. -----20mm dia Pvc Pipe
