Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar type pattern roof coverings

Demolition of stone/boulders or brick masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excl ashler facing , dresses, stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II: Taking down carefully unserviceable Aluminium/Copper point wiring complete (light, fan socket, bell or power) with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and keeping in safe custody for taking credit (credit for above item should be made as per condition seperatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc complete all as specified.

Taking down unservecable TPN DB with MCB's of any make/capacity complete all as specified.

Point wiring for one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amp one way using cable 1.5 sqmm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sqmm for earthing and connected to common earth duly using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable with proper colour coding with conceled fitting and incl PVC conduit 25mm dia having wall thickness not less than 2mm with sunk cast iron/ pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.2mm thick sheet including incl suitable modular PVC sunken box for fix switch and socket incl cover plate for required module for mounting switches socket etc making connection and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified.

Taking down unservicible U/G cable after disconnecting from pole and Supply & laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of under ground cable erecting of pole stay not exc 10 sqm on plain and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in (soil ) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to underground cable as per clause No 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable. The top layer of 15cm shall be punned to 10 cm (total 18 cm) complete all as specified.
