Operation & Maintenance of Split Ac Units, Cassette Ac units, Tower AC units, Ductable AC units, Water fountain & Water Coolers installed in Terminal Building and ancillary buildings as per duty roster on all days including holidays (2 skilled, 2 Unskilled), as per the special conditions of contract attached and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- The labours deployed under this item can carry out AICMC and installation works under this contract. Rate shall be quoted accordingly)

SH : II AICMC 1st Year (2023-24)

All inclusive Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of following Air- Conditioners (including stabilizers and timers) and Water coolers/water fountain of various makes including all necessary spares, consumables, filters, compressors etc. Carrying out preventive maintenance checks daily/Monthly/Quarterly/ Half yearly /yearly, break down maintenance and Emergency call service etc. to keep the equipment in perfect working condition by deploying man power etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of following type Air- Conditioners including In door & Out door units and all accessories etc, and shifting the same to AAI store complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of following type of AC units of any reputed make i/c fitting of indoor and outdoor unit at their respective locations (wall/floor/ceiling with suitable hardwares and supports), leak testing of entire system, charging refrigerant gas in the unit, making good the surface to original finish complete as required and as per the direction of the EIC.

Supply & installation of Refrigerant copper piping of following size b/w indoor and outdoor units, including protective external covering with 10mm thick closed cell Polyethylene foam insulation or nitrile rubber or PUF with all necessary supports,fittings,brazing, wrapping with tape for leak proof arrangements as required and recommended by the OEM.

Supply and installation of 25 mm dia uPVC drain pipe medium duty with Insulation complete as required and as per satisfaction of EIC

Supply of cordless remote different make 1.5/2.0 TR/3.0TR split type/window type/tower type/cassette A/C units as required.

Supply of standard outdoor wall bracket, vibration pad and fasteners of suitable size for installation of outdooor unit of Split AC's of capacity upto 2TR complete as required.

Wiring for light/power plug with 4X4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 2 Nos 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess i/c providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25 A modular SP MCB, "C" curve i/c connection, painting etc. as required.
