:Supply, installation, testing & commissioning silent Generating Set with acoustic enclosure of capacity 63 KVA diesel engine driven 3 phase 415 Volt, alternator as per IS : 13364 complete all as specified & comprising of the following :- (a) Prime mover : Suitable for driving 63 KVA alternator, water cooled, battery electric start, diesel engine of suitable capacity BHP conforming to BSS 649/ latest IS, fuel tank of adequate capacity (of original manufacturer as of prime mover) suitable for 12 hour running consumption capacity mounted on suitable size MS angle iron framed pedestal support, conforming to IS, rated for continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in any 12 hour operation taking into consideration de-rating due to altiitude/ temp with the following standard accessories: - MAKE: CATERPILLAR/ CUMMINS/ KIRLOSKAR/ GREAVES COTTON LTD. as approved by AGE (I). (i) Fly wheel to match with the flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guard. (iii) Air cleaner both oil type/dry type (iv) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter full flow paper element type. (vii) Governor class ‘A’ governing as per IS-1602 or BSS-649/1958 (viii) Turbo charger (ix) Starter, motor for electric start with dynamo alternator, lead acid batteries heavy duty of 12V, 180 AH capacity brought to site in uncharged state & charged with initial charge of electrolyte before commissioning, starting/ stopping (ON/OFF) switch, Ampere meter, Volt meter, voltage regulator and battery lead of adequate size and adequate length for connection. (x) Hour meter & RPM indicator. (xi) Exhaust silencer industrial type (of original manufacturer as of prime mover) with exhaust pipe brought outside the building & entire length of exhaust silencer and piping wrapped with 12mm dia asbestos rope. (xii) Lubricating oil temperature gauge. (xiii) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. (xiv) Battery charging Ammeter. (xv) Starting switch with key & cutout. (xvi) Starting push button switch. (xxiv) Initial filling of oil & lubricants as required including during testing (b) Alternator : Capacity suitable for 63 KVA diesel engine driven set at 0.8 PF, self excited, self regulated, 3 ph 50 HZ 415 V 1500 RPM, 4 wire, alternator brushless type, screen protected, drip proof, free from commutation problem, continuous rating conforming to IS : 2613 with automatic voltage regulator, output voltage regulated between + 5% of set voltage from no load to full load. (c) Gen set Controller : Microprocessor based gen set monitoring and control system suitable for working in harse environment having following features, Functions, protections :- (i) 16 Character x 2 line alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight. (ii) Operator interface. (iii) Provide a record of most recent fault conditions. Fault history stored in the control non volatile memory. (iv) Provide alternator DATA. (v) Voltage (1PH 3 Ph line and line to neutral voltage) (vi) Current (1PH or 3 Ph) (vii) KVA (3 Ph and total) (viii) Frequency (ix) Provide Engine data (x) Starting Battery voltage (xi) Engine Temp.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 25sqmm, 4.0core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 70sqmm, 3.5core including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by AGE(I).

M&L for cable route indicator for LT UG cable marked with 1100 volts and grouted in bolts, nuts and clamps as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' old size bricks laid in trenchs as cable cover all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing/ laying of 50mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings ISI marked & necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, etc as required for fixing/ holding of pipe as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix changeover of 125 Amps, Four pole, 415 volt, 50 Hz off load type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.
