Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc . Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately ) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with FR LSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in but in existing conduit or in casing caping or in conduit of size not less than 20mm & making good the disturbed surface of wall with1.5 sqmm green FR LS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including galvanised boxes and bakelite sheet /Modular Boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch Make of cable - Havells / Finolex / RR Kabel Ltd. / L&T/ Make as specified in Particular Specifications.

(b) One 5amps socket out let point controlled by one switch on same board with other switches.

(c) One 5amps socket out let point on independent board controlled by one switch.

All as per item No 2.00 above but using FR LSH PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm cross sectional area cable for phase /neutral & for earth 2.5 Sq mm green FR LS PVC insulated cable for 15 amps socket point on independent board controlled by one switch.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as as per IS in repairs with FR LSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable 1100V grade ISI 694 marked down through single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good and matching disturbed surface of wall with existing surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of PVC conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green FR LS H PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including galvanised boxes and bakelite sheet/Modular Boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point/fan/ Bell point controlled by one switch Make of cable - Havells / Finolex / RR Kabel Ltd. / L&T/ Make as specified in Particular Specifications. Make of PVC Conduit( FRLS) - Presto Plast / Finolex / Jindal / Asian / AKG / Make as specified in Particular Specifications.

(b) One 5amps socket out let point controlled by one switch on same board with other switches.

(c) One 5amps socket out let point on independent board controlled by one switch.

All as per item no-5here in before but using FR LS PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 sqmm cross sectional area cable for phase /neutral & for earth 2.5 Sq mm green FR LSH PVC insulated cable for 15 amps socket point on independent board controlled by one switch.

Repair, maintenance and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical items such as light point, fan point, call bell point, socket point 5A/15A, , ceiling rose, pendent, any type of MCB's, any type of light fixtures, any type of lamp, ceiling fan, replacement of burnt wires in day to day/door to door maintenance including reconnection with S&F small pieces of elctrical cable of size upto 1.5 Sqmm single core and length not exceeding 0.50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Any major items required to be repaired/replaced will be measured and paid under relevant items. (b) The above job shall be carried out by a trained electricians (c) All bldg light complaints including service connection, sub main & internal electric for entire OTM and Md accn under GE(MIS) Mhow shall be attended (d) Record of complaints/complaint slip showing qtr No, bldgs No, nature of job supported with users signature shall be prepared as per format as directed by Engr-in-charge & will be deposited to concerned JE E/M within 24 hrs. (e) All sort of petty T&P items such as PVC insulation tape, ladder, galvanised screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc. required to accomplish the job shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to deptt.(f) In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12 hrs after handing over routine/urgent complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under.(g) The penalty shall be applicable to the contractor if the delay is noticed by the Engr-in-Cahrge more than twelve hrs after handing over works of urgent/ routine nature to the contractor. The Engr-in-Charge shall handover the slip containing specification of work to the contractor by lodging the time and signature of contractor shall be obtained on slip. The contractor shall attend the complaint immediately and shall report to Engr-in-Charge with in 12 hrs. The contractor will keep his tradesmen in stand by for attending any routine / urgent works from the executive. If the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within period of 12hrs then the facts shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Charge and the period for the working to the complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC. If the delay is more then twelve hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 50/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 67 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt. (j) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.
