SEWAGE DISPOSAL M&L for Conventional LLDPE septic tank for 25 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Venft shaft, connection etc comlete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Soakage wells of size 1.8 m dia and 3.0 m effective depth with excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 / SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC / DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and directed.

ARBOURICULTURE Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of area cleared complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of ground by trenching in all type of soils upto a depth of 30 cm including removal & stacking of serviceable material than disposing the surplus soil with all lead & lifts, by spreading and leveling neatly. Making up the trenched area well leveled by filling with additionally supplied earth (if needed complete all as specified and directed.

Rough dressing of trenched ground including breaking clods & flooring with water complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of weeds / unwanted grass (Motha etc) with roots & disposal of uprooted material, stone, rubbish etc. with all lead & lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Fine dressing of ground spreading and mixing with the sweet earth (excavated / imported) & Manure (organic manure / cow dung / Sludge) in the ration of 8:1 (08 part of stacked volume of good earth & 01 part of stacked volume of manure). Cost of manure / sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately, after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8 % stacked volume of manure. Each pit to be mixed with ant termite chemical / granules Thimet 10 G @ 50 - 100 gms / pit. If termite persists repeat the treatment after 06 months by surface spreading the chemical.

Supply of Korean carpet grass by laying direct matting complete all as specified and directed.

Award maintenance of lawn area, green & weed free for 01 Year with standard specification.

Each pit to be mixed with ant termite chemical / granules Thimet 10 G @ 50 - 100 gms / pit. Plant such as Hexora, Nerium speces, Hibiscus spon shall be planted as directed.

HEDGE PLANTATION Digging trenches of approved / desired size of L&W (45-50 Cms) X D (30-60 cm) in all type of soil. Railing the trenches with good earth (excavated / imported) Mixed with manure (cow dung / sludge / dump) in the ratio of 5:1 (05 part of good earth and 01 part of manure by stacked volume). Cost of manure / sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8% stacked volume of manure. For Termite treatment and Thimet 10G granules @ 100 gms / running mts. Flooding the trench with water and than rough & fine dressing of trenched area including removal of undesirable weeds & vegetation. Supply & plantation of approved varieties of hedge plant saplings. It should be well grown, fully established & disease free. Different colours of pernial flower plants. Plants such as Durauta, Akalysha red or couloued shall be planted as directed.

Maintenance the hedge by regular watering, trimming & pruning etc for one year initially.

BRICK EDGING: Edging with bricks (class-I) laid in (1:2:4), length wise, including required excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surplus earth neatly within all lead and lifts.

FLOWER BED (ANNUAL): Blue moon, Exora Dwaul.

FLOWER BED (SEASONAL): Marigold, White lilly.

TREE PLANTATION Digging pits in all type of soils and refilling the same with the good earth (excavated / imported) & manure (organic manure / cow dung / sludge) in the ratio of 3:1 (03 part of stacked volume of good earth & 01 part of stacked volume of manure). Cost of manure / sludge and good earth if needed to be paid separately, after reduction of 20% of stacked volume of good earth & 8% stacked volume of manure. Each pit to be mixed with ant termite chemical / granules, Thimet 10G @ 100-200 gm/pt. Avenue / flowering trees pit size 1mts x 1 mts x 1 mts (L X W x D).

Each pit to be added with 100 ms of Thimet 10 g granule to control termite attack (repeat the treatment after 06 months, if termite persists) flooding the pit basin with water, dressing including removal or rubbish & surplus earth, if any, with all lead & lifts.

Supply and Plantation of approved varieties of healthy, disease free, stout stem & well developed root system tree sapling of 5’-6’ height, with a clear minimum height of 4’-5’ from basin / ground level after plantation. Staking the tree sapling upto ¾ height with appropriate strength of bamboo stick. Lower 1 feet of stake portion should be treated with anti-termite chemical. Trees: Royalpalece.

Maintenance of tree sapling after plantation for 30 days or more as minimum guarantee period for well establishment of tree sapling. Stacking to be continued till free sapling attains the stem strength. Replacement of saplings causalities immediately.

Potted Plants (Indoor): Supply and arranging of healthy grown up plants in plastic pots. Pots of 12” size with bottom plates. 1. Aracapalms - 10 Nos. 2. Ficusresnold - 10 Nos. 3.
