M&L for IInd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick IInd Class Hardwood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete as specified and directed.

S&F for Factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing in SSR Part II 2010 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing in SSR Part II 2010 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in hold fast and filling of steel chowkhat etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F for mild steel flat iron as in hold fast 25x6 mm confirming to Fe290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F 100 mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel fixed to Chowkats complete all as specified and directed
