Dismantling of existing unserviceable doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts, hinges and other attachments etc. of area 3 sq. metres and below complete without damaging the adjacent structure and stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead and disposing the unserviceable material from the site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of cost of supply of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including cost of supply of all labour, tools & plants, safety arrangements etc., complete.

Dismantling old damaged floor and wall tiles of thickness 10 mm to 25 mm laid in cement mortar including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Chipping of 75mm average thickness unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Providing, mixing and applying 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers of SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

Dismantling steel Hand railings from Lighthouse tower Staircase and stacking within 50 metres lead. The rate is inclusive of cost of supply of all labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab of 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm , sash 67 x 80 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.

Painting two coats on previously painted exterior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with Synthetic Enamel paint in Red and White colour bands of approved brand & 1st qauality (Asian/Berger/or equivalent- high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of Lighthouse tower including cost of supply of all materials, labours, scaffoldings/boatswain's chair, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in- charge.

Painting two coats on previously painted interior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and 1st qauality (Asian/Berger/or equivalent- high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of Lighthouse tower including cost of supply of all materials, labours, scaffoldings, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing Second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters in Second class teak wood, panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked Bright finished brass butt hinges of size 125x85x5.5 mm (heavy type) with necessary screws, including panelling all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Two or more coats polishing with French spirit polishing on teak wood surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler, cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as directed.

Providing and fixing new doors and window fittings with necessary chromium plated brass screws etc. including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

bright finished brass door handles: 125 mm

Providing and fixing 8mm thick Toughened Glass with stainless steel ( Grade 304) framed railing of 1.0 meter height made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge.
