Supply, Fabrication, Transportation and Installation of FRP Fencing Panels comprising pultruded FRP square posts of size 50 x 50 x 5 mm, horizontal FRP rectangular rails of size 50 x 25 x 5 mm, and 12 mm diameter FRP solid vertical rods placed at 150 mm c/c spacing. The fencing panel shall have an overall width of 2050 mm, clear panel width of 2000 mm, above-ground height of 1200 mm, and 300 mm embedment below finished ground level, as per the approved drawing. The posts shall be installed in 450 x 450 x 450 mm excavated foundations over a 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) bed, with the remaining portion filled with Normal Mix Cement Concrete (1:1½:3), including proper alignment, levelling, curing and finishing. The complete fencing system shall be manufactured from UV-stabilized, corrosion-resistant Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) using premium-grade Vinyl Ester/Isophthalic Polyester Resin reinforced with E-Glass reinforcement. The scope of work includes all materials, excavation, PCC, Normal Mix Cement Concrete (1:1½:3), loading, unloading, transportation, labour, tools & tackles, consumables, and all incidental works required for complete installation as per the approved drawing.
