M&L construction of valves pit chamber having dimension 120 cm X 120cm x 120cm (internal height ) using PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cms thick. brick wall 23 cm thick built in CM (1:4), 10mm thick rendering all around the brick with 1: 6 cement mortor, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggergate) as in coping for grouting MS frame including 03mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arragnement, MS frame made out of 40 X 40X 6mm thick angle iron including painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation in any type soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs all as specified and shown on drg No-CWE(U) D-1/86 sheet No-1 and including demolition/ dismantling of exsiting valve chamber as directed by the Engr-in- charge. (Note:- (i) Old U/s material obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in iron scrap (KG), brick work in (CUM) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill) (ii) Removing of rubbish by contractor shall be arranged at his own arrangement.

M&L fabrication (welding work ) of MS Header/ any size upto 350mm MS pipe at various pump house site for connection of pipe, arresting leakges on header complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement mild steel work for manhole cover, stair case steps, pit chamber cover , doors/gate, fencing on boundary etc made of MS angle/ flats/channels etc including cutting out top and bottom to shape as directed, including drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including weling work all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting , PCC work etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation after demolition of existing covers, steps etc complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and direcred .
