Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent (Sound Proof enclosure) type Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 100 KVA (80 KW at 0.8 power factor), water and coolant cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ 1500 RPM complete with automatic on Mains failure (AMF) control panel, Governing class (as per ISO 8528: Part V)-G3, noise levels as per CPCB norms-less than 75 dB, Fuel consumption at 100% load not more tha 25 litres/hour, at 75% load - 19 litres/hour. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel suitable for climatic conditions prevalent at Guwahati with suitable derating factors as applicable and meeting specification as elaborated here-in after:- Make of Complete DG Set:- Cummins Model 6btaa5 9 G 13 or equivalent make in Siemens/Kirloskar/ Greaves Cotton. (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514, water and coolant cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate power to drive alternator capable of delivering 100 KVA/80 KW at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Guwahati, (Taking all derating factor into consideration), 12 volt battery ( 1 x180AH) start complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per OEM and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc and self starting system incuding batteries etc complete. (ii) Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 100 KVA (80KW at 0.8 Power Factor) 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. Alternator efficiency at 100% load 0.8 pf - Minimum 94.5% and at 75% load 0.8 pf - Minimum 94.8%. Permissible voltage dip at full load 0.8 pf - Maxmimum 20%. Timer permitted to build up rated voltage at rated RPM - Maximum 5 sec provided engine reach the rated speed. Short circuit withstand time - 3 times rated current for 10 secs. Overload withstand capacity - 10% over load for one hour once in 12 hours. Make of Alternator: - Cummins/Stamford/Siemens/Kirloskar Electric.

(iiI) BASE PLATE: Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board, duly powder coated manufactured with CRCA sheeet suiable for automatic on mains failure with MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection, controller with displays of voltage, current KW , frequency and KWH indicating lamps for " load-On" and "Set running" , current transformers of suitable rating, aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity with incomimg and outcoming terminations and control fuses duly wired and ferruled complete on all respect. (v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Weather and sound resistant enclosure with insulation conforming to UL-94-HF1 class for flammabilty, sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSM No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002 and amendments thereof. (vi) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space shall be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M (viiI) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification. (viii) Fully automatic AC operated additional battery charger of suitable capacity incuding suitable size twin core copper wires fixed with copper lugs shall be provided from charger to battery for charging of batteries without any extra cost to the Government. (ix) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (x) Controller shall be microprocessor based fully configured with graphical LCD display, monitoring features for all electrical parameters, Lub oil parameters, Battery parameters and self diagnostic features for all important parameters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm as earth lead upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm bore GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable or foundation of pole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Material & Labour for returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick for any type of soil all as specifed and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & Labour for removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Material and Labour for sand cushioning / sand covering for under ground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Supply and laying sub class 'B' old size well burnt brick laid in trenches over the cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including necessary form work for coping to the new/existing Steel Poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge

Material & Labour for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in -Charge

Material & labour for erection of decorative mild steel PU painted or hot dip galvanised PU painted pole single arm with black finished of length 3 mtr helmand pole and 1 mtr SA Dingo bracket with die casted base plate including J type EN8 grade foundation bolts mounting accessories all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Make: Bajaj Electricals / Crompton Greaves consumer elect ltd / Philips.

Supply & Fix decorative street light luminarie comprising spun housing and clear cover fitting of 60 watt LED, operating voltage 240 volts, CCT = 5700 made of pressure die cast alumnium IP 66 protection and complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Crompton Cat Part No LPTE-60-CDL or equivalent of Bajaj or Philips

Material & Labour for connection of junction box to street light luminarie using wiring with two runs (P-N) of single core 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and one run of FR PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through PVC conduit (Heavy grade) and tying the same by aluminium strip with the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Two single core 1.5 sqmm cable and one single 1.5 sqmm earth conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run).
