Providing & Laying factory made precast U shape surface storm water drain with Lid DUSD 1200 (T-25) having size of into in dimension from top 1200 mm X 1200 mm long and 120 mm thick having T-25 load bearing capacity- 10T axle load- 5T wheel load confirming to JIS and meeting IS requirements having high performance self-compacting concrete of M 40 cylinder strength/M-50 cube strength and Fe500 D shall be used for reinforcement. The product shall have tie shape groove 10-20 mm width, 25 mm depth as per JIS on both sides of each for jointing two precast units using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The Product should have Flange Coupling jointing arrangements, one each at bottom and both the side walls, at appropriate location for connection between two products. The precast SWD must consist special in built inlets at appropriate location for safer and faster installation. The hole for lifting arrangement must be filled with cement mortar after installation. including supply ,transportation on specific location at site in line ,level , gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning etc complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. In no case the casting shall be allowed to be prepared at site. It should be casted in the stringent atmospheric & pre-defined condition, as per approved QAP as by Engineer incharge including Loading-Unloading and laying including all at site of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
