| 1Attending day to day routine maintenance of swimming pool inside Officer's club & Gopabandhu Stadium premises and surrounding of swimming pool, with supply of 01 (one) no. Unskilled Labour, 01 (One) no Semi Skilled worker and 01 (one) no. Skilled worker trainer cum life guard (Officer's Club swimming Pool) etc. all complete with cost of all labour, for smooth maintaining of pool, etc. taxes if any excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( Officer's Club swimming pool Volume of water 86000 gallon & Gopabandhu Stadium swimming pool Volume of water 185206 gallon.) NB:The Materials like alum, bleaching, lime will be paid separately . The rate of wages against the Item no-1 is as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA and will be paid to contractor's workers for time to time. The contractor shall have to pay canteen allowance @ Rs.80/per day/each, washing allowance @ Rs. 45/per day/each, Transport allowance @ Rs. 60/Per day/each, Welfare allowance @ Rs.60/Per/each, EPF, ESI Contribution, Leave salary 1 day salary for 20days work, retrechment benefits @ 15 days wages per year, Natural Death Insurance @ 1500/per year, Accidental death insurance @ Rs.350/Per year will be paid to the workers and will be reimbursed by PPA. (ii) GST as applicable will be paid by PPA. (iii) Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs), Bonus as per bonus Act to the engaged worker, for these facilities the payment will be reimbursed as per actual on submission of supporting documents. ( The Skilled Trainer cum life guard will be paid the basic approved labour rate of Govt.of India / PPA along with EPF & ESI benefits ( No Other Allowances will be given.) | |||||
