REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND HARDSTANDING AT NAYA RAIPUR MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) NAYA RAIPUR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Returning , filling in spreading and levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm including watering for filling under floor complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Removing of excavated material to distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50km above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L cement concrete in foundation/sub base filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar with all quinces the cleanly etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surface in two layer of 10mm and 5mm thick each. Second coat of 5mm thick with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction finished fair & even all as directed (only WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant piming paint complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken ruble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 M and making good surface.

M&L for dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

S&F galvanised two strand barbed wire, 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as item No 15 above but fixed in repairs including restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc

Supply only Chain link MS Galavanised fencing any size or type

M&L fixing olnly chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire

M&L for angle iron / flat iron for fixing chain link or hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and clountersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embneding in concrete and screwing etc wid ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of neck shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm long

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base and plinth protection finish the cement concrete surfaces fair and even laid in bays complete all as spciified and directed

M&L for 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in floors, footpath, finishing cement concrete surface and spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expended metal,whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade "A" in 75mm thickness of concrete slab

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts

S& F formwork to sides of pillars, posts, structs, piers, columns and stanchinons squarea or rectangular or polygonal fair finished surfaces of concrete

M&L for PCC type B-0 (using 12.5 m graded stone aggregate )as in coping etc all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 28.00 here in above but 10 mm dia and over.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 5200.00
