Erection of STP Pole 11 mtr long after digging a pit of Size 1.6 mtr deep in all type of Soil including back filling of the Pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of all 11 KV HT/LT line Accessories.

Fabrication and fixing of MS angle and MS channel, fixing all 11 KV accessories TPMO, Fuse set 11 KV pin insulators on D/P Pole.

Mounting of 63/100 KVA T/F with proper jumpering of HT side and fixing of cable on LT side of T/F.

Making a section pole to exist pole after fabrication & fixing of T channel fixing of all 11 KV accessories.

Erection of stay rod complete after digging a pit of size 1.6 mtr deep and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming.

Laying lifting stringing & proper sagging of ACSR weasel conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 11 KV line including binding & jumpering properly.

Laying of ACSR Weasel Cable of various size including fixing of all ACSR Weasel on support

Laying of XLPE AB Cable of various size including fixing of LT accessories on support

Fixing of Distribution box including fixing the cable from transformar and consumer service cable

Earthing of each 11 KV line pole & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mm x 250 mm and connection the earthing point with GI wire.

Grouting of PCC Poles 8.5 mtr With 106 mtr deep and Grouting of Stay Here with

Guarding of Line with G.I wire having 2 no. horizontal wire & 3 mtr distance of SWG G.I wire after fabrication of guard cross arms of & fixing the same in supports.

Providing & fixing MS Nut Bolt, J Hook, Holding Clamp, Danger Board, Dead End Clamp, Percing Clamp, Box Clamp

Cutting & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree.
