Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non - skid Ceramic colouerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:4

M&L for prepolished coloured cement concrete chequred tiles 300 x 300 x 20mm thick,infloors etc .set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

Supply and fix in repair 600 x 600 mm, 6 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards laid/ inserted to aluminium framework complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium snap grid (size of grid 605 x 605mm) frame work for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long all as specified

M&L 12 mm thick plywood, grade BWP, type BB, fixed in repair with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L decorative laminate type , 0.9 mm thick of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board size 18/19mm thick for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails

S&F auto concealed hydraulic steel spider/butterfly hinges suitable for cupboards complete all as directed.

S&F 100mm size handles of stainless steel fixed with screws complete all as specified.

S&F in Repairs Bib taps 15mm in size, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron for fixing .

S&F in Repairs pillar tap 15mm dia ,cast copper alloy with capstan head ,chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered hot or cold with long screwed shanks and flynuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixing

S&F in Repairs stop valve fancy type chromium plated 15mm dia,cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle ,screwed both ends for iron pipes or PVC connection.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work in any description not otherwise specifically provided for.(steel gate & Y angles etc) including stainless steel letters in the board complete all as specified

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled/welding for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each.

S&F in repairs 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of pink primer

S&F Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts 150 mm long of extruded section.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter ,30 mm thick (style)consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & Bottom rail , MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelam PVC sheet for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail : panelling of both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the ms frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC seat beading ,and jointed together with solvent cement ,supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled mild steel 100 mm in size.

S&F Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 150 mm in length, with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy.

S&F Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 100 mm in length.

S&F Aluminium handles, cast type 75 mm in size.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment long the external/internal wall and juction below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.
