Annual operation of HVAC system ( Consisting of screw type chiller 02 Nos with VFD giving actual capacity 329.6 TR, Cooling Tower 02 Nos 438TR each, various Pumps, AHUs 06 Nos of different capacity, Hot water generator 02 Nos each 225 KW, Split AC, VRV AC system , Precision type AC, Unitary AC, Cabinet AC for Servers, Inline Fans, Air lock Lobby, Air curtains and other system related to Air conditioning etc. by engaging man power per day including Sunday / weekly off/ Holidays etc. for operating the system as required. 1. Supervisor for HVAC & BMS system ----------01 Nos (Highly skilled in General Shift) 2. Technician for HVAC system---------------------02 Nos (Skilled)(01 Nos in each shift) 3. Operator for HVAC system-------------- 02 Nos (Semi skilled) (01 Nos in each shift) 4. Helper for HVAC system-----------------------02 Nos (Unskilled) (01 Nos in each shift) 5. Reliver for 2,3&4 manpower weekly off------01 Nos ( Skilled) Note-(a) Shift timing will be decided by Engineer In charge or Representative as per the site requirement and flight operation.

Comprehensive maintenance and repair including attending preventive & breakdown maintenance of following window/split air conditioner along with their stabilizers of different make and capacities at different locations including interconnecting wiring etc. as required - for a period of one year. (1.5/2 TR split type air conditioner)

Dismantling of 1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 ton capacity Split/Tower/Cassette type Air Conditioning units including Indoor/Outdoor unit complete as required.

Shifting, installation, testing & Commissioning of 1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 ton capacity Split/Tower/Cassette type Air Conditioning units including Indoor/Outdoor unit complete as required.

Annual comprehensive Maintenance contract of 4 nos. Industrial type Water cooler cum RO water Purifier of capacity 50/60/80 (Make-Ion Exchange) including all parts & compressor, valves etc. but excluding filters/ membrane complete as required - for a period of one year.

Supply and replacement of following filters/Membrane in fountain-type (make/model: Oasis/P8EBFSLY) / industrial storage type water cooler cum RO water purifier of capacity 50/60/80 (make: Oasis/Ion exchange) installed at different location of Kanpur Airport.

Chemical for PH reducer (MAXTREAT 7098 or equivalent)

Supply of Hypochlorite solution with suitable concentration for disinfection and water treatment applications.

Corrosion prevention treatment of brazing joints, U bends and interconnecting copper piping with in the precision AC ODUs and indoor units and VRV outdoor units complete as required.
