Labour only for for servicing of Solar water heating systems of any types Flat plate collectors type or Evacuated tube collector type of capacity upto 400 LPD installed at multistorey building (upto G+6) by removing carefully the outer transperent glass plate, removing the collecter plate and tubings /evacuated glass tubings , descaling with standard bio-acid treatment to ensure free flow of water by thermo cyphen system reassembling the same duly provided with inlet and oulet water connections,stopping the leackage by replacing the old unserviceable CPVC pipe/tee/bend/broken glass tubes etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note 1: Items incorporated such as Distilled water, CPVC pipe /glass tubes,CPVC acessories etc will be measured and paid saperately in respective item.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI coupling union 15 mm bore, ISI marked complete.

S&F in replacement of Chromium plated ,Concealed stop cock short body, cast copper alloy, screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch handle, screwed externally both ends for unions etc.

M & L in Replacement of Gl tubing medium grade 15mm bore with fitting , fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of 16 mm external dia Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipe consisting of high grade polymer effectively bonded in the inside and outside of an aluminium tube CPVC-AL-CPVC by melt adhesive(including joining/fixing with cement solvent) suitable for hot water supply from solar water heater to the bathrooms and fixed to wall, ceiling etc. including all materials, fittings and fixing works and testing of pipe line test for solvent cement joints and adhesive joints and testing of all materials shall be as per manufactures instructions, literature and confirming to IS-15450 : 2004 or ASTM -1282 including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing brocken PCC pedestrials of Anglr Iron frame of solar water heaters / damaged with necessary form work , finishing with cement mortar as per standard use , removing malba making good and cleaning the surfaces complete incl distumbering all as specified and directed

M&L for repair/replacement of Angle Iron support by removing the old/rusted Angle iron frame work by proper dismantlig of the entire Solar system, removing all electrical connections , welding , grinding complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of Angle Iron support of solar water heating system of 300/35/100 LPD capacity by removing old /rusted painting with sand paper, providing two coat of red oxide primer after surface preparation, and painting with metallic paint of approved colour all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 sqmm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.
