Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed. Rate for 10 cum.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand complying the standard specification

collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard specification.

Brick work in c.m 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cu.cm including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

supplying and fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed or steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification (ms rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section store and cost will be recovered at issue rate).the binding wie shall be supplied by the contractor

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum

ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

RCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materails and labour chargees etc., complete
