Shifting of DG sets and Providing Servicing and replacement of Starting Battery for DG Sets at Various TE / BTS in OA Etah (Additional Sites).

Visit charges to check the fault of existing DG Set at TE / BTSs sites i/c analysis of fault and making the detailed list of defects with the help of specialized manpower and estimation of the same etc. complete as required. a) Up to 25 KM from the District head quarter

b) From 26 KM to 100 KM from the District head quarter

Dismantling of existing DEA Set Open type/ silent canopy of following capacity & type i/c control panel with Power and control cable , Silencer and exhaust pipe , diesel tank , and associated fuel line and all other electrical accessories etc i/c placing the same in same bldg/ loading vehicle as per direction of Eng-In-charge i/c making good the damage etc. as reqd. (a) 10 KVA to 20 KVA

Shifting & transportation of existing dismantled DG Set of following capacity and type i/c all accessories i/c loading with Crane /hydra/chain pully and safe transportation from one location to other location as given below i/c unloading with Crane /chain pully on existing CC Foundation /space as per direction of Eng-In-charge at new location etc etc. as required (a) 10 KVA to 20 KVA (up to 50 KM)

Installation, testing , commissioning of Existing DEA set on existing foundation/surface with all accessories like Cubical type manual /AMF control panel i/c fixing of Silencer ,exhaust pipe , fuel tank , fuel line connections, control wiring from panel to engine i/c cutting, jointing, welding of flanges (if reqd) , nuts, bolts , i/c loading and assembling ,fixing the the DG Set i/c making good the damage etc. i/c One hour testing of DG set on exchange load etc as reqd (a) 10 KVA to 20 KVA

Providing & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity existing E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites i/c replacement of Lube oil, lube oil filter and diesel filter and cleaning of all parts of DG set like fuel line ,cooling system ,checking of all DG control wiring ,belt and drives for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations complete i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete as reqd. - Note: (1) 1. Diesel for initial testing of DG set will be arranged by the contractor 2. The recovered black oil shall be given to contractor) (a) 10 to 20 KVA EA Set

Replacement of following item in the existing DG sets upto 40 KVA of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites, i/c removing of faulty item (if reqd), making connection, testing etc complete as reqd. a) Radiator Coolant Pre Mix ready to use (Make -kirloskar /HP/Fleet guard)

b) Steel wire braided fuel pipe with benjo bolts & washer

c) Battery Leads with brass terminals of Standard Length & Size suitable up to 130 AH battery

d) Battery leads Brass Terminals
