Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for removal of debris complete.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight)

Cutting V grooves 15mm X 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals as per directions of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges & levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement screed over roof concrete surface in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L applying PUROOFKOAT, single component, cold applied, water based Polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistance water proofing treatment to the roof @ 1.2Kg/m2 to confirm to ASTMD 6083-97 a with a density of 1.25 to 1.3Kg /ltr, having tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 3 coats including self-priming of same material after dilution of water at 50% and spreading 60 gms Geo-textile between two top coats completely as per specification and direction of EIC.

M & L for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm after cleaning the roof or on new concrete surface tha applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm as binding material and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified Polymeric) membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down the existing steel rolling shutters from brackets with connecting rod for servicing and fixing only suspension shaft of 50mm dia GI pipe heavy grade, helical springs, bearings etc., servicing for free movement and smooth function of rolling shutter and fixing unit in original position etc., complete, area not exc 10 Sq m each.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over for fourth storey building height or height upto and including 10 mtr etc., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Labour only for rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exc 15cm but n exc 30cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. (Note : This item is operatable when plastering ordered to be done at specific places as mentioned in the item over and above general plastering item to compensate extra labour cost)

Note:The colour,design and shade shall be as approved by GE.

M & L apply one coats of aluminium paint on old roof surfaces/old APP Membrance including necessary cleaning & tar laying over cracked membrane complete all as specified and ad directed

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as sub base flooring (after demolition of tiles where required) complete all as specified.

M&L Double charged vitrified ceramic tiles of size 9-10 mm thick light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass from metal framed including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips from roof of hangars (height upto 12 to 15m, factory type building/hangar)

Supply and fix rough cast wired figured glass 6.4mm thick of area exc 1.00sqm but not exceeding 1.50sqm fixed to metal frame complete all as specified and as directed
