Supplying, Testing, Successful Commissioning of 4 x 4.0 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade and laying as per Item No:17 by using Item No:18. UG Cable Make: Please refer Special Electrical Conditions under Tender Document File.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs (bulltet / flat) for 4 x 4.0 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Aluminium Lugs and Brass Compression Gland Make: Please refer Special Electrical Conditions under Tender Document File. Note: Each means all lugs for one end of the UG Cable.

Modification of existing street light poles upto 12 Feet height (height from base to top, to match similar to Item No:4), by duly reducing the length by cutting, welding / threading at the top, surface preparation etc., complete in all respects. At the top of the pole, to fix suitable size street light GI Bend (for to use with single / double fitting) using required hardwares (collar, welding of joints / threading etc.,) and painted with primer and or aluminium paint.

Supply, Erection, Installation, Testing & Succesfull Commissioning of Pre-Fabricated 80mm dia, light class GI Pipe, 4 Meter Height in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. In the top of the pole, to fix a suitable size & type street light GI Bend using required hardwares (collar, welding of joints etc.,). On the GI bend, 1 x 230 VAC, 50Hz, 25 Watts IP65 / 66 LED Street Light Fitting shall be fixed using suitable clamps, bolts, nuts, hardwares etc. At the bottom of the pole to fix a suitable sizeWater Proof PVC Control Box along with 2 Pole, 6 Amps, 10KA, "C" Curve MCB; Input & Output Terminal Connectors for looping the UG Cable using suitable lugs etc., From the MCB Output, to run 6 metres of 3 Core x 1.5 FRLS sq.mm Flexible Copper Wire upto the fitting covered with flexible pipe having metal rings inside the Street Light Pole. Existing Copper Wire / Cable shall be terminated as Incoming to 40A MCB with suitable type Lugs. Supply, Fixing and Connection of 3 Core x 1.5 sq.mm FRLS Flexible Copper Wire upto the fitting covered with metal reinforced flexible pipe from base of the Street Light Pole. Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.
